Strategy / Product / Commercial leadership

Jason
Jhonson.

My career has spanned strategy, product, and commercial leadership, from global technology platforms to venture-backed companies.

I've launched products, led global teams, and helped companies plan and execute growth. The common thread is moving between the big decisions and the work of building something, whether that's a team, a business, or a piece of software.

You didn’t spell it wrong … my parents might have.

Strategy & growth leadership

My work with technology companies spans growth strategy, product commercialization, and commercial leadership. Sometimes that means an executive operating role. Sometimes it's a focused project or advisory engagement through Designed Scale.

Relationship Agent

I'm building a personal CRM to help people remember the context behind professional relationships, not just their names and last contact dates.

The working pilot models shared history, open commitments, relevance, evidence, and uncertainty. I'm using AI coding agents for implementation, with product decisions, testing, and privacy controls handled as part of the build.

Current test environment uses fictional contacts and correspondence; no live email bodies.
